A 6-Week Course for Parents of Children with ADHD and/or Autism

Grounded, evidence-based guidance
for everyday family life

When a child is diagnosed with ADHD or autism, parents are often given a label but little practical guidance on what that means for their child, and how to navigate everyday life. Many parents are left unsure how to respond to challenging behaviours, how to support their child's development, or how to manage the emotional and practical demands on the whole family.

This comprehensive one-on-one course is designed for parents of children with ADHD and/or autism. Whether your child was recently diagnosed, or you've been navigating these challenges for some time, the course offers a structured, practical and psychologically-informed approach that balances clear behavioural strategies with your own wellbeing.

Drawing on established frameworks including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dr. Russell Barkley's behavioural model, the course focuses on realistic, sustainable support for both your child and for you as a parent. It's tailored to neurodivergent children and the specific needs of your family.
