Specialisations

Anxiety, Stress & Depression

I use evidence-based approaches to help people experiencing anxiety, stress, and depression. Therapy offers a space to reflect on what's contributing to these experiences, and explore practical ways to resolve the causes and manage emotions, building long-term resilience.

Parenting Support

Raising children, particularly when they're struggling emotionally or behaviourally, can feel isolating and overwhelming. I work with parents, including parents of neurodivergent children, to create strategies and solutions that best suit their family’s needs.

Support for Young Women

The early adult years often bring pressure to figure everything out; career, relationships, identity, and direction. Counselling can help you step back, understand what's important to you, and approach decisions with more confidence and clarity

Life Events

Major changes, like legal disputes, divorce, relocation, redundancy, or becoming a carer, can have a profound emotional and psychological impact. Therapy offers a chance to make sense of what's happening and consider what's next in a supported environment.

Relationships

Difficulties in communication, trust, or emotional closeness often show up in relationships, past and present. Counselling provides a space to understand these patterns and consider what feels healthy and sustainable in your relationships with others.

Health Challenges

Ongoing health conditions can be physically and emotionally exhausting. I support individuals managing pain, fatigue, and chronic symptoms, exploring strategies to cope with uncertainty, reduce distress, and improve overall wellbeing.

Self-Esteem and Confidence

Struggles with self-worth often show up quietly; in relationships, work, or how you talk to yourself. Therapy can help you explore these patterns and begin to build a more solid, self-respecting internal foundation.

Body Image & Eating

Concerns around food and body image can take up enormous emotional space. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT to help you challenge unhelpful thoughts and develop a more balanced relationship with eating and appearance.

Trauma-Informed Therapy

For many people, past experiences continue to shape how they think, feel and relate. I take a trauma-informed approach to therapy, offering a steady, respectful space to explore your goals and move forward
