Study Planners

These printable planners help students break their workload into manageable blocks, set realistic goals, and stay motivated over time. They're designed for flexibility, and can be used to map out daily tasks, weekly goals, and longer-term assignments.


Each set of planners has 3 sheets;

  • A weekday sheet with 7 timeslots - ideal for most students to plan evening tasks.

  • A weekday sheet with 9 timeslots - to suit students who want to plan in 30-minute blocks, or who have longer study periods.

  • A weekend sheet - a full-day layout that can include study, social time, and other commitments.


To get the most out of the planner;

  1. Fixed events: Add essentials like dinner, snacks, sports, and bedtime routines.

  2. Priorities: Fill in the high-priority homework and assignments. Use the notes sectionto plan time for each task.

  3. Goals: Add extra study or review topics and schedule time to revisit them.

  4. Track progress: tick or cross off each block to stay motivated.
